Information We Collect
Omen collects the account details needed to run your membership and keep your training record accurate, including your name, contact information, profile details, booking activity, workout results, run records, and related member preferences. If you connect optional health or wearable services, we may receive the metrics you choose to share, such as activity or performance data, only while that connection is active.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide class booking, training history, run tracking, coach operations, member account tools, support, safety review, and service administration. Coaches and staff may use training, booking, and account information to operate the gym, prepare sessions, track progress, and help members use the service.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe handles card, bank, and other payment details directly. Omen stores payment references, billing status, subscription state, invoice information, and related Stripe identifiers so we can manage memberships, purchases, receipts, and account access.
